Martin Bollier, who lives in Aeugst am Albis, Switzerland, works independently in the health sector, loves sport and the diversity of life.

“Education is an essential part of the basis for the development of the identity of the individual and ultimately of society. It enables people to improve their social, cultural and economic situation and promotes peaceful coexistence. Unfortunately, not everyone has the same opportunity to access this valuable commodity.

For me, being born in Switzerland is like winning the lottery in many ways. This is especially true when it comes to the topic of education.

I am extremely grateful for this privilege and I am even more committed to the Dream Catcher Foundation with joy and conviction and thus to the building of schools for children and young people in the poorest countries in Southeast Asia.

To do this, in 2023 I followed in the footsteps of my father, Walter Bollier, co-founder of the Dream Catcher Foundation.”
